COST CONTROLLERRequirements :
* Male / Female, max. 35 y.o.
* Excellent working knowledge of all purchases ensuring that best quality and best price is achieved, receiving procedures, daily flash cost report, conduct market surveys.
* Able to up date the costing quarterly and report the result with proposed sales prices and percentage cost of all purchase, finalize the month-end cost.
* Highly motivated, good strategic and leadership, have developed strong written and oral communication skills.
* Have analytical and problem solving skill, excellent motivator, ability to manage, coordinate and facilitate a team to ensure efficiency, reliability and effectiveness.
* Have a good eye on detail, strong logics, with good understanding on cost accounting.
* Result and target oriented, a hard worker while maintaining good team player attitude.
* Preferably experienced in Restaurant industry for minimum 3 years at the same position.
